Services for Children with Special Needs
Participants will receive one-on-one attention in order to meet specific goals targeted toward their current needs and abilities. They will engage in music interventions like active music making, movement to music, and communication through music in order to target functional goals.
Participants will get to interact and socialize with their peers by engaging in music interventions like songwriting, active music making, music recreation, and lyric analysis in order to target group goals.
Whether your child or teen wants to learn guitar, ukulele, or piano, we are able to accommodate and adapt each lesson plan to their individual needs, pace, and ability level. They will be able to expand their love of music by learning a new instrument and they will be able to gain confidence in mastering a new skill.
When signing up for Virtual Telehealth Sessions, participants will receive similar benefits from an individual session, but through a virtual set-up, in the comfort of their own home! Participants will still be able to engage in music interventions like active music making, movement to music, and communication through music in order to target functional and relevant goals.
